Prom is a significant milestone in high school, creating memories that last a lifetime. Our school is suggesting a combined junior and senior prom, but both classes deserve their own experiences. Combining these events diminishes the specialness for each class and leads to overcrowding and logistical issues. Because of these issues outside guests may not be allowed. Waterford High School has always celebrated these milestones separately, allowing juniors to look forward to their senior year in anticipation of their own special night. We want our own prom night because we believe it’s important for each class to have its unique celebration. Please sign this petition to help us preserve separate junior and senior prom nights at Waterford High School! If there is enough support and the school does not change it, we will work to create our own unique experience for our class!
