We, the citizens of Mebane, NC, ask the City Council to deny the rezoning request for the proposed 140-unit Stadler Place Apartments and maintain the area’s current R-20 zoning designation.

R-20 zoning ensures responsible development, requiring public utilities, a minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet, and a maximum density of 2.17 units per acre. This protects the character and livability of our community.
