I am writing this petition to urge the city authorities to reconsider their plans for a vacant lot located at 1425 Kingston Drive, Ogden, 84403. Instead of constructing yet another apartment complex, let us seize this opportunity to create a beautiful community park that will benefit all residents of Ogden.
