PROPOSAL:   NYC Parks also proposed to WIDEN the walkway on Pelham Parkway North between Wallace Ave and Williamsbridge Road.  Not only will this take away from the greenery in place of more concrete.  But this will only encourage more vehicles as Motorcycles, Mopeds, and e-scooters to endanger our residents from children to seniors as well as our dogs. 

Alternative:  We are asking the Parks a to Fix all the potholes from Wallace to Stillwell on the walkway.  And don’t widen the walkway any wider and leave our grass as it is and plant more trees along the walkway for shade and cleaner air.

Please sign petition so community is heard first before political agendas since it is the community that is burden with these projects that we didn't even request .
