A more focused approach would be appreciated. And City Council continues to Rubberstamp seasonal rental permits based on old and outdated city code. $305 to file a VHR appeal. What kind of progress is that? Clustering is still an issue and what happened to the Ad Hoc committee? A little transparency would be appreciated.
