Thursday of last week was the end of our prolonged Supreme Court trial over our claims of unlawful logging of Krushka's forests, against the Forest Practices Authority and government business enterprise Sustainable Timber Tasmania.

We left court on Thursday thinking our next appearance would be in a few weeks to hear the judges verdict. Instead we now have notification that the Tasmanian Attorney General has decided to intervene to attempt to reopen the case.

This means we are back in court this Thursday morning to find out what this government intervention is about.

This case has always been a David and Goliath power imbalance, and we are bearing the brunt of the Tasmanian government using their resources to try and continue business as usual in native forest logging.
