Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse was a Canadian-themed American casual dining restaurant chain, serving American cuisine, based in Millburn, New Jersey. The restaurant first opened in March 1996. Up until the mid 2010s, it was known for several novel animatronics based on the wildlife of Canada. -Wikipedia
Bugaboo Creek was owned by Praesidian Capital and filed bankruptcy in 2010 and closed its final location in 2016. I believe there is a void in the market that bugaboo Creek could fill. It would be appealing to many because of the nostalgia and memories that many have made while dining at a Bugaboo Creek location.
