This is with respect to the announcement dated 19th March, 2024, regarding the rescheduling the May’24 CA exams. Due to the upcoming general elections from 19th April to 4th June, attending exams as per the rescheduled dates will be very inconvenient for the students. Due to exams being held during elections, the students are willing to forego their voting right and prepare for the exams. This is directly affecting the fundamental duty of a citizen and a right to vote.

We understand that you’re at no obligation to listen to any of the students or faculties or any stakeholders, but as a responsible body established by the parliament, you have to hear the problems of the students and members when it violates fundamental rights and duties of our constitution.

We humbly request you to look into this issue and respond appropriately to all the students and other stakeholders and enable us to use our constitutional rights without compromising on our education and our future.
