Save the PGR room in the Bill Bryson Library!

The Issue

Durham university wants to allow thousands of PGT students to access the PGR room in the Bill Bryson library. This will remove vital desk space from one of the last postgraduate research rooms accessible to all researchers on the science site. We believe the room is an important space for the whole research community due to the number of desk spaces, location, and facilities that allow us to conduct our research in a peaceful manner.

We agree that the space could be better utilised by PGR students. This can be done by making all new and existing PGR students aware that the room even exists!

Durham University is a research led university, not a teaching led university. So please sign to save our PGR room!
