Portsmouth city centre does not need yet more student accommodation. The current accommodation can't be filled, so why build more?

On top of this new business owners have just moved in to these empty shops, it's been a struggle with lockdown and as you can guess it's not been a good year, but with the demolition of the shops it will the be icing on the cake.
