When I was young, a toddler per se, little mini me would be run down with a cold or some other sickness and want to take a shower and relax. One day strep throat had hit me for the first time. AlI wanted was popsicles to help soothe the pain that I had never felt before. I opened the freezer and there they were. Mini popsicles! How fun! I opened the box and tried one. Before I knew it, there was 10 wrappers on the table next to me and I was reaching for an 11th. Next time I became sick, I was in the shower thinking, “ hmmm, a cold pop sounds delicious right now”. I ran downstairs and grabbed 10 pops and ran back up to the shower, hopped in, and began to feast. My mother used to have to grab the popsicle sticks off of my shower wall I would stick them to. The best flavors in mini form that made them 10x more fun. I did this for many years, until IT happened. One day, I walked into the grocery store with my mother, and ran to the popsicle aisle. I scanned for mighty minis, but none were to be found. I saw a version that was advertising the movie “Frozen”. I sighed, and grabbed a box, willing to try them. When I got home, I opened it and gave them a try. BLEH. BAD. Not nearly as good as my childhood FAVORITES. Those pops sat in the  freezer for many weeks. I constantly checked for my regulars every week, thinking they would return, and here I am, about 5 years later, still skimming by the popsicle aisle glaring at Elsa and Anna on my beloved mighty mini box, tainting the name, and my memories. Bring back the originals, for the sake of the people. The frozen ones suck.
