Poor Construction quality in project Lodha Splendora, Thane west. Since 2016

The Issue

1 ) leakages problem in level P, P1 podium area. Cause damages in slab. Expences of society funds.Life of Tower structure.Appearance of Parking area and Building too.

2 ) Lodha builder not Did convence did even after 5 years passed.

3) Lodha builder taking FCAM fees for clubhouse, which cant take as he not did convence of land.
