Poodles naturally are many solid colors and patterns as purebreds.  The merle color pattern doesn’t naturally occur in poodles and it causes many health problems and is invading our breed at an alarming rate.  A statement from PCA to the general public and to American Kennel Club stating this fact can protect our breed from a lot of future problems.
