Immediately deliver the PUP-modules to their correspondence students

The Issue

It's been over a month since the class started yet the modules are still not receive by all(most) of the correspondence students.

There is also no updates coming from the PUP official webpage or facebook page about what's happening to the modules, whether or not it is already in the courier or still being printed out.

It is currently November 15, 2020, the time is running out before the end of this semester yet there are still no modules. Students are expected to bring back the modules (according to rumors) on or before Frbruary 13, 2020.

Whether or not it is a rumor,

TAKE NOTE! There are correspondence who really got no total access to the internet, students who only uses free data or worst no cellphones. No sufficient money to fund their needs for this new mode of learning. How can you expect a student to study and finish ALL the given modules for approximately 2 and a half months? Maybe some are smart enough to do it but consider the others being left behind who obviously doesn't deserve it.

To all the personnel responsible for this, please do your job effectively. To all the professors, please make your Instructional materials as error free as possible (it is hard for students to spend their time thinking for the answer to the question yet the question actually has an error).
