University of Caloocan City's Admission Committee deprived the rights of incoming students who stopped studying last year due to the pandemic. They're only accepting student applicants who are fresh graduates and non-K-12 High School graduates who filed "Leave of Absence" (LOA).

This is a revealed incompetence on the educational system of University of Caloocan City (UCC) and a form of depriving the democratic rights of everyone to have a free access to education. We als strongly stand on the call on Mayor Oca "Oscar Malapitan" of Caloocan City who must be held accountable for forsaking the welfare of every student to have safe and free education at UCC.

The "limited slot" policy mandated by the UCC Admission Committee was unappealable, but it will not stop us to uphold our fundamental rights for education and organize the people to condemn this educational negligence, to signing the petition, to create a campaign network, and to establish a support group and alliance that must be exercised by everyone especially during this time of pandemic.
