Due to the negligence of Shawnee Correctional Center we demand emergency clemency towards Jeff McGraw immediate release. Shawnee Correctional Center intentionally neglected medical attention towards Jeff McGraw. Jeff McGraw is a known music celebrity throughout the facility. Jeff is currently finishing up his sentence and is currently being neglected of medical attention which is his right. Jeff McGraw is seeking emergency clemency in regard of his high blood pressure and asthma. Jeff McGraw is being targeted do to the fact of racism and intimidation of his size and the influence of his popularity. Illinois have hundreds to thousands of prisoners malpractice cases which needs attention and has been overlook for sometime now. Unfortunately the institution that Jeff McGraw resides in has inmate’s that has been diagnosed with COVID-19. These conditions of Shawnee  Correctional Center should be investigated immediately. Due to the conditions of the prison system and the lack of medical attention we demand the release Jeff McGraw from prison so that he can get proper care.
