A 15 minute NATIONAL PUBLIC STATEMENT to be allowed from Jeff Fort and Larry Hoover (Both leader's of national organzations in America). Both men would be allowed to speak to young men who come from or live in the Sub-Culture of urban criminal activity. Their voices are powerful and they both can make an impact on lowering the violence & mass incarceration rate that exist throughout America. All they need is the opportunity to speak their message.
