I live three miles away from the top incline railway station and I am speaking on behalf of the city of lookout mountain to have a kiosk at the top station for the residents of lookout mountain to purchase round trip tickets at the top, but still include the tourist as well. My bus company will not drop me off at the bottom of the mountain in Tennessee. It would be very beneficial to us to use the incline railway as public transportation as well but still include the tourist.
