The Issue
Things need to change now. Her are 3 steps for every Police Department to implement now.
1- NO MORE QUALIFIED IMMUNITY.
2- TRAINING TO RECOGNIZE MENTAL ILLNESS/ DISABILITY.
3- STRONGER MENTAL EVALUATIONS BEFORE AND EVERY YEAR ON THE FORCE.(PTSD)
