I have purchased smartphone called poco x2 2 and half years ago my phone have not fallen single time i have recently updated my phone and suddenly my camera started not working i visited service centre few days ago they didn't checked my phone single time and told me that your motherboard is damaged and you have to pay 8652 for motherboard i have asked him to check my phone once but he refused it i have raised my concern on various platforms such as social media but they didn't bother to provide me resolution there are many users like me using different devices like poco x2,x3,poco f4 and some other devices as well many users are facing same issues but they are asking money from users whom phone are in a warranty period as well for excuses like your phone is damaged, liquid damage etc they are deliberately damaging motherboard of users to increase sales of phone i want to raise concern to highest government authority to resolve this issue as soon as possible because of this lakhs of users are facing issue it is very alarming situation and it is increasing day by day
