Prepaid card provider Pockit-Review, Unfreeze and Release our funds!!

The Issue

I have held a PockitUK prepaid MasterCard since 2019 however, on 28/03/2020 PockitUK send me an email notifying me that my account has been placed under review. I had a substantial balance in the account, money set aside to use over the Covid 19 lockdown period. PockitUK then asked for some documentation in a further email, proof of address, ID’s, proof of where the money came from. I provided this information within the course of the same week as their initial email. 
After 48hours without access to my account I rang them and was told my call would be escalated to the ‘relevant’ team. This went on for a few weeks until it came to a point where I no longer get a response at all either through phone or email. I resorted to using twitter to try gain their attention only to find I wasn’t alone in this. Many people have had their accounts frozen, submitted the required information and then never hear from PockitUK again. How long are accounts placed under review with no access to our funds?. Many, like me, had set aside funds to use over this difficult period, my rent is behind,  I have a 1 year old in the house and now rely on my wife meagre wages and universal credit.
