Every conference should have session on problems faced by doctors today

First step to correct any problem is to acknowledge that the problem exists and then to discuss it meaningfully. There is no doubt that every one of us believes that there is a big problem facing medical profession today. Now is the time to discuss it. There are numerous CMEs, state conferences and national conferences that are conducted by various professional bodies. In every such event there should be a discussion on the problems of doctors existing today including those of budding doctors. This will not only benefit the doctors but the community in general because the overall impact of this will be better healthcare situation in India. Let us vow to discuss the problems in every forum possible. Together we can.
