As everyone knows that Physical Education Teacher is very important for schools and colleges who controls the sports and maintain the discipline of the schools.

It's a trend now a days where the most of the private schools and colleges keep the Physical Education Teacher not more than one year and keep the other teacher of Physical Education for the next year. Due to this there is maximum unemployment in the field of Physical Education in India.

I had faced this problem from the past 3 years and still I am working on contract in a college.

This is my appeal to the PM of India Sh.Narendra Modi and Minister of Human Resource Development, Prakash Javadekar to kindly remove the Contractual Jobs of Physical Education Teacher from Private schools and colleges.
