I was going to Thailand this June with my family . But due to pandemic it got canceled. I booked my tickets from goibibo app and therefore my airline refunded my ticket money to goibibo . But now it’s getting really stressful  as goibibo is not showing any progress in refunding and not responding properly. It’s been 2 months and this process is getting more stressful and getting no positive result.
