The Issue
Hoping good days will come to teachers
Through this platform I am trying to shed light on decade old private teacher’s problems. It has been a common practice(from decades) to private education-institute managements generally seizing (keeping/bindover/hold/possess) original educational certificates of teachers at the time of taking a teacher in to services(employment) by which they hold every possible way to exploit rights of poor teachers such as delayed salaries, half salaries, evading salaries, blackmail, humiliate, taking forced written consent for unpaid salaries as PAID, taking back previously paid salaries etc and no end to this painful list of exploitations including sexual harassments. By this ill practice, all over India, these private teachers have no right to claim salary, won’t have rights of “common labor”, and are not in a position to provide food and education to their families. There are several teachers who committed suicide due to harassment in the process of getting back their Degree-certificates when “they got government jobs” or “wanting to leave when not receiving salaries”. All the government authorities and boards are able to provide timetables, examination center allocations, accurate marks-sheet distribution, results announcing online & offline, keep records of supplementary exams, conducting exactly at announced dates, etc. but utterly failed at securing the rights of teachers. The Government educational boards & universities are maintaining these many duties without any error, why don’t they take permanent amendments to help teachers from decade-old slavery, exploitation, and grief. I strongly recommend the below rules to be implemented all over India, sending copies to all departments who are influencing the administration of education. I invite suggestions from aggrieved teachers also.

citing above explanation, the teaching community is facing extremely painful seriously organized exploitation for the past 75 years under cynical private educational institutions such as financial exploitation and human-rights violation (right to live act and bonded labor). Due to developments in greediness faster than science and technology, these crimes are increasing at a dangerous pace. Despite several representations from national wide teachers' unions, there is no justice offered to the victims whatsoever. All the so-called rules, acts, circulars from government bodies and universities never gave any relief to victimized teachers from decade-old exploitation. I seek the implementation of the following measures to eradicate at least a few challenges/grievances suffered by teachers in India.
1. Eradication of Salary Evading: There must be a salary board, as a mediator between “private-edu-institutes” and “teachers” to disburse all salaries and remunerations exactly as disclosed in institution salary expenses disclosure. (Tragically, anyhow greedy-institute-managements will take back 50% of official salary and leave only committed(fixed) salary but at least that 50% salaries also gives a greater relief. The salaries to this salary board may be paid from teachers salaries, like 1% salary from every teacher’s salary with GST. Most institution disclosing private teacher salaries same as government teachers but in reality, these poor-souls (private-teachers) getting Rs.5000 to 10,000 in schools and Rs.15000 to 18,000 in colleges. Most of the institution are not crediting salaries in nationalized banks and taking signatures of teachers for higher pay-outs and disclosing false data to Inspection-authorities.
2. Certificate-Holding bonded labor (exploitation) eradication:
The university or education department must store the physical-degree-certificates of private-teachers and give a unique ID number to teach in India(or states), which will improve the quality of education as well. The state education board & government universities (whoever is giving affiliations to the private educational institutions) must give a UNIQUE ID-NUMBER (must not be a physical card or paper) after receiving the original educational certificates, depositing/storing securely, and approve them after proper ratification. These teachers must have the independence to take back their original educational certificates AT WILL whenever they migrate (change employer) to other “university-affiliated institutions” ( or other-state edu-boards), after doing self-resignation from duty. The other new recruiting university must maintain the same “degree-certificates repository”. The “private educational institution managements” must not retain (hold) (possess) educational certificates of teachers at any cost, which will lead to exploitation, bonded labor and numerous heinous crimes.
Reasons behind seeking this new rule- Except very few private educational institutions, 99.9 percent of private educational institution demands the degree certificates of the teachers to give an appointment letter and employment. Once the degree certificates were seized by Institution-managements, the teacher suffers bonded labor and exploitation. The “private-edu-institution managements” can easily evade salaries, delay salaries for any amount of time. If the teacher wanted to resign due to non-payment of salaries or illegal/unethical practices of the “edu-institution”, the teachers have to obey all exploitations such as returning previously payed (received) salaries, Humiliation, and unlimited liabilities, and beg for freedom before “private-educational-institute-managements”. There are several suicidal deaths that happened due to the seizure of “original-edu-certificated” by greedy cunning “educational institutions managements and no legal relief was provided to the victims so far.
3. Free Legal help: I request authorities to give free legal services for teacher's grievances (service matters).
Reasons behind seeking this new rule- Since the private teachers are very poor in financial position, teachers never approach legal authorities to file petitions against exploitation and salary-evading (service) matters. The lawyer fee is extremely higher than the losses due to exploiting Institutions. The teacher is terrified by the institution management, fearing the teachers' name might be published in news media or other institutions might come to know the case and exile him from employment from all intuitions. Since the educational institutions have strong unions, so they will definitely harm the career of the aggrieved teachers altogether. These opportunities encouraging the cunning “private educational mafia” to commit more and more number of law violations. These points prohibiting aggrieved teachers from filing court cases against violators.
4. Publishing Original Degree Certificates ONLINE on University Websites (Government Websites) for verification:
I request the state & central government to implement the law of digitizing and publishing all educational certificates in the concerned university websites and government-managed repository, which can be verified online for free or for a moderate fee. So anyone can check the validity and genuineness of degrees. The issuing university or government board must take all the existing degree certificates back for validation and keeping them in online portals for public notice. After validation and digitization, publication online of the present and already issued original-degree certificates, the concerned University or Government-body must destroy the physical certificate altogether.
Reasons behind seeking this new rule- Adding reasons from Point No-2, there is a huge fake-certificate mafia ruling the black market, where many fake Degree certificates of all levels from 10th class to Ph.D. This is a growing threat increasing in parallel to the fake-currency mafia. This rule will solve the bonded labor and fake-degree-certificates mafia altogether. There are thousands of fake-doctors growing like ugly mushrooms and playing with the health/lives of people which will damage the reputation of India across the world. There are hundreds of fake universities issuing several-degree certificates without having approvals from the state or central education ministries. The fake or unauthorized universities taking millions of lives of youth (students) in India, which will destroy the reputation of India altogether. This rule will definitely reduce the load on the legal system and law & order.
Highly influential people are running this fake-certificate mafia, leading to an evil reputation for the Indian education system across the world. There are hundreds of news articles explaining the need of eradicating the fake-degree-certificate selling mafia.
By implementing strict rules- I request the government to help the private teachers. In the future, India must see satisfied teachers with full self-esteem and self-respect. No private teachers should undergo exploitation, humiliation, and injustice.

I seek the implementation of the following measures to eradicate at least a few challenges/grievances suffered by teachers in India.
1. Eradication of Salary Evading: There must be a salary board, as a mediator between “private-edu-institutes” and “teachers” to disburse all salaries and remunerations exactly as disclosed in institution salary expenses disclosure. (Tragically, anyhow greedy-institute-managements will take back 50% of official salary and leave only committed(fixed) salary but at least that 50% salaries also gives a greater relief. The salaries to this salary board may be paid from teachers salaries, like 1% salary from every teacher’s salary with GST. Most institution disclosing private teacher salaries same as government teachers but in reality, these poor-souls (private-teachers) getting Rs.5000 to 10,000 in schools and Rs.15000 to 18,000 in colleges. Most of the institution are not crediting salaries in nationalized banks and taking signatures of teachers for higher pay-outs and disclosing false data to Inspection-authorities.
2. Certificate-Holding bonded labor (exploitation) eradication:
The university or education department must store the physical-degree-certificates of private-teachers and give a unique ID number to teach in India(or states), which will improve the quality of education as well. The state education board & government universities (whoever is giving affiliations to the private educational institutions) must give a UNIQUE ID-NUMBER (must not be a physical card or paper) after receiving the original educational certificates, depositing/storing securely, and approve them after proper ratification. These teachers must have the independence to take back their original educational certificates AT WILL whenever they migrate (change employer) to other “university-affiliated institutions” ( or other-state edu-boards), after doing self-resignation from duty. The other new recruiting university must maintain the same “degree-certificates repository”. The “private educational institution managements” must not retain (hold) (possess) educational certificates of teachers at any cost, which will lead to exploitation, bonded labor and numerous heinous crimes.
Reasons behind seeking this new rule- Except very few private educational institutions, 99.9 percent of private educational institution demands the degree certificates of the teachers to give an appointment letter and employment. Once the degree certificates were seized by Institution-managements, the teacher suffers bonded labor and exploitation. The “private-edu-institution managements” can easily evade salaries, delay salaries for any amount of time. If the teacher wanted to resign due to non-payment of salaries or illegal/unethical practices of the “edu-institution”, the teachers have to obey all exploitations such as returning previously payed (received) salaries, Humiliation, and unlimited liabilities, and beg for freedom before “private-educational-institute-managements”. There are several suicidal deaths that happened due to the seizure of “original-edu-certificated” by greedy cunning “educational institutions managements and no legal relief was provided to the victims so far.
3. Free Legal help: I request authorities to give free legal services for teacher's grievances (service matters).
Reasons behind seeking this new rule- Since the private teachers are very poor in financial position, teachers never approach legal authorities to file petitions against exploitation and salary-evading (service) matters. The lawyer fee is extremely higher than the losses due to exploiting Institutions. The teacher is terrified by the institution management, fearing the teachers' name might be published in news media or other institutions might come to know the case and exile him from employment from all intuitions. Since the educational institutions have strong unions, so they will definitely harm the career of the aggrieved teachers altogether. These opportunities encouraging the cunning “private educational mafia” to commit more and more number of law violations. These points prohibiting aggrieved teachers from filing court cases against violators.
4. Publishing Original Degree Certificates ONLINE on University Websites (Government Websites) for verification:
I request the state & central government to implement the law of digitizing and publishing all educational certificates in the concerned university websites and government-managed repository, which can be verified online for free or for a moderate fee. So anyone can check the validity and genuineness of degrees. The issuing university or government board must take all the existing degree certificates back for validation and keeping them in online portals for public notice. After validation and digitization, publication online of the present and already issued original-degree certificates, the concerned University or Government-body must destroy the physical certificate altogether.
Reasons behind seeking this new rule- Adding reasons from Point No-2, there is a huge fake-certificate mafia ruling the black market, where many fake Degree certificates of all levels from 10th class to Ph.D. This is a growing threat increasing in parallel to the fake-currency mafia. This rule will solve the bonded labor and fake-degree-certificates mafia altogether. There are thousands of fake-doctors growing like ugly mushrooms and playing with the health/lives of people which will damage the reputation of India across the world. There are hundreds of fake universities issuing several-degree certificates without having approvals from the state or central education ministries. The fake or unauthorized universities taking millions of lives of youth (students) in India, which will destroy the reputation of India altogether. This rule will definitely reduce the load on the legal system and law & order.
Highly influential people are running this fake-certificate mafia, leading to an evil reputation for the Indian education system across the world. There are hundreds of news articles explaining the need of eradicating the fake-degree-certificate selling mafia.
By implementing strict rules- I request the government to help the private teachers. In the future, India must see satisfied teachers with full self-esteem and self-respect. No private teachers should undergo exploitation, humiliation, and injustice.
