Voluntary welfare organizations (VWOs) are strictly politically-neutral and must remain that way. Unfortunately MND Khaw Boon Wan and the members of the Sembawang GRC team breached the neutrality of the SWAMI home for the elderly & infirm by using their premises to announce the PAP's slate of candidates for Sembawang GRC.

To preserve the political neutrality of VWOs such as the SWAMI home, those responsible for this breach must be dealt with severely. as such, the entire slate of PAP candidates for Sembawang GRC must be banned from running for this upcoming GE for breaching the neutrality of the SWAMI home. MCCY Lawrence Wong must also be barred from running in the upcoming GE to show personal accountability for his failure to advise MND Khaw against using the SWAMI home for an overtly political purpose.
