David Milgaard, at the age of 16, was convicted of rape and murder of Gail Murder. Milgaard, was exonerated when DNA proved he was innocent. After spending 23 years incarcerated. 

Milgaard, was an instrumental historian to Canada. On May 14, 2022, David Milgaard, passed away due to a brief illness, in Calgary, Alberta. 

Milgaard received a settlement from the Federal Government, as did his mother, for the wrongful conviction. 

Milgaard, leaves behind two children. Come on Canada lets support a state funeral for Milgaard, lets show his family we care!.
