Many might wonder "What is Samoa?", "Is it really even a country?" "Where is it located?" - Samoa is a small island nation located in the Pacific with a population of only about 200,000 people. [Simple Facts]

Seventeen; is a world famous South Korean Pop group.

Recently, Seventeen announced their World Tour : 'An Ode' and have made known a few of their various stops. However, there are some 'CARATS' [ fans of Seventeen] who will unfortunately be unable to attend or witness any of this World Tour; such as Pacific Region Carats, due to a variety of reasons.

Reasons include:

Travelling Funds- not all CARATS are able to afford the transportation from one side of the world to the other.

Family- although many CARATS could and would attend anything Seventeen related, we are unable to leave our country as we are providers of our families.

Academic Purposes- Majority of CARATS in Samoa are Secondary School Students or University Students who cannot or are not permitted to abandon their studies for a concert.

There is a long list of reasons, but we as 'Samoan- CARATS' do truly hope and believe you the audience will understand. SEVENTEEN has the likeliness of disbanding in 2 years time, which is very unfortunate, especially for us Pacific Island- CARATS. Therefore the cause of this petition; to make known to the World Famous group holding their World Tour, that they DO have fans still awaiting and supporting them from afar. That we do also purchase their albums and merchandise and that we also would love to have them 'touch-down' on our grounds and perform or meet and greet in our own lands or within a reasonable distance of our residential countries.
