I pledge to drive change to achieve racial justice. I will work to increase my understanding of the impact of racism on Blacks and under-represented minorities. I pledge to become more aware of my own biases and strive to become more inclusive in my words and actions. I pledge to engage in open conversations about racism and its effects. I pledge to build diverse teams and boards for organizations that I am associated with, and to request suppliers, investors, and other partners do the same. I pledge to hold myself, my colleagues, and my community accountable for taking personal and professional action to achieve racial justice.
