Dear Village of the Branch Homeowners,

St. Patrick's School and Parish is looking to host a Family Festival fundraiser on September 26th through the 29th, 2024.  We are seeking a special use permit from the village to host this event in the parking lot in front of our school and church bordering main street to minimize a disturbance to our neighbors.  We are looking to host a family friendly community building event to bring all families together and create 4 days of family fun and enjoyment.  We are proposing to have mechanical rides, games, food and entertainment for all.  We are seeking VOB residents' approval to present this petition to the Village Trustees on Tuesday March 12, 2024, at 7:30pm.
