Milton Ovalle came to the USA at age 16, but too late to qualify for DACA (Dream Act). He has worked very hard for over eight (8) years, starting his own family and successful landscaping business. He is married to a U.S. citizen, Wendy, and together they have two (2) U.S. citizen young sons, ages 2 & 4. Wendy has another baby on the way, and is going through a very high-risk pregnancy, after already suffering 2 miscarriages. Milton has absolutely NO criminal record. In the last 3 years, we have successfully obtain the approval of his marriage petition, an I-212 waiver for his order of removal/deportation, and a waiver for entry to the U.S. has been pending for 2 years now, and should be approved ANY day now. Yet, he is in DHS/ICE DETAINED & in custody for 3 weeks, and facing imminent deportation & removal, which may potentially separate him from his family for an extended period of time. He is currently detained at the Broward Transitional Center ("BTC") in Pompano Beach, Florida for 2 weeks now, despite the fact that he has absolutely NO criminal record, not even a traffic ticket.
