Investors in the small Biotech Company Vaxart have seen incredible losses due to Naked Shorting, and Wall Street Manipulation. In February of 2021 the stock went from $24 to $8 in a single day as a false article was released before the company’s PR. Five times the float was traded that day, you may ask how so and the answer is Naked Shorting. 

At the moment the Stock is trading a little over a dollar after a huge sell off in December by State Street which if you look at Failure Delivers that were reported last week there were exactly the same amount of FTD’s as the selloff by State Street. How is this so? Many investors including myself are tired of the theft by wall street and the non enforcement by the SEC. 

There is STRENGTH in numbers and Vaxart isn’t the only company facing this onslaught, we need to all come together and fight against the predatory acts of Wall Street and the what seems to be the SEC and regulators being complicit  please sign this petition and pass it forward
