Please reunite the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers cast on "Power Rangers"

The Issue

In January 2017, filming began for the 2018 season of the children's series "Power Rangers", which is currently titled "Power Rangers: Super Ninja Steel".  The new season is rumored to include "guest appearances of the most popular past Rangers" from the series, but unfortunately, it appears that, aside from Jason David Frank, none of the cast members from the series' most popular season, "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers", will be returning. While we, the fans, are grateful that cast members from "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" such as Jason David Frank (Tommy Oliver, the Green Ranger and White Ranger), Steve Cardenas (Rocky DeSantos, the second Red Ranger) and Catherine Sutherland (Kat Hillard, the second Pink Ranger), will be returning as guest stars for "Super Ninja Steel", it is disappointing to hear that, apparently, none of the four surviving original cast members (Walter Jones as Zack Taylor, the original Black Ranger; Amy Jo Johnson as Kimberly Ann Hart, the original Pink Ranger; David Yost as Billy Cranston, the Blue Ranger; and Austin St. John as Jason Lee Scott, the original Red Ranger) will be returning as guest stars.

Whether it's for the series' 2019 season or the next "Super" season in 2020, we, the fans, would like to see the four original Mighty Morphin actors return with Karan Ashley (Aisha Campbell/the second Yellow Ranger) as guest stars on "Power Rangers" one more time.  Bringing back supporting characters who were also on "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers", like Paul Schrier and Jason Narvy (who played Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier and Eugene "Skull" Skullovitch, respectively), would be fun to see as well.  Jason David Frank could also return, if he wants to, since Tommy was last seen using the Green Ranger powers again in the "Legendary Battle" episode of "Super Ninja Steel".

We, the fans, hope that "Power Rangers" would consider making an episode involving the full Mighty Morphin team and invite back/reunite the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers one more time for the series' 25th anniversary, so that we can see the original Ranger actors go back to action!
