Respected Ma'am

This is to draw your kind attention to the fact that since 1st lockdown (due to Corona) along with other AC bus services (operated by WBTC) AC 25 has also been stopped.

Allthough, other routes have started operating again, AC 25 is yet to resume its operation. Daily commuters from Belgharia, Nimta & Birati are struggling to reach there work place (located across New Town & Salt Lake Sector 5). Its our request to you to restart the AC bus services on this route as early as possible.

Previously, we had just one ac bus traveling in this route at 8:30am. Along with the previous one, kindly allot 3 more ac buses at 9am, 9:30am and 10 am. Also instruct the depot manager (Belgharia Depot) to ensure that these buses will ply in this route only.
