For my father and myself, the band Blink-182 is how we connect; we bond deeply over the song 'Carousel.' My father began listening to Blink-182 over two decades ago. He's seen the band live countless times, even gifting me his old camera he has videos of the shows on. He really is a massive music lover and got me into your band. We were super stoked when we saw Carousel and Obvious on the setlist. However, I noticed you guys were switching out two songs per show and rotating. Which is awesome so different fans can experience different songs and it won’t get old for you to be repeatedly playing the same thing. Experiencing the song 'Carousel' live together is a dream yet unfulfilled and was something we were really looking forward to. Cheshire Cat is for sure my favorite album and probably his too. I haven’t told him the song was removed and potentially might not be on the setlist. This is much more than a song to us, it's an experience we wish to share, a moment we want to cherish. If possible, if not it’s cool.

Blink-182 has made some awesome hits. Yet the song 'Carousel,' an enduring favorite, has been missing from recent setlists. We believe, as likely do many other fans in your Instagram comments, that this song adds a special depth to their performance. One that won’t allow you guys to forget your roots or what started your career as it was the first song you wrote together. 

We, the fans, appeal to the members of Blink-182 - Mark Hoppus, Travis Barker, and Tom DeLonge to consider performing 'Carousel' at their upcoming shows, not only for my father and I, but for every Blink-182 fan who has their own unique connection to this song. People can argue the song isn’t good but that’s me when I lie because the song is such a banger, I would so love to hear it live. I haven’t been to many concerts as I’m still closer to ten than I am twenty but it would be really rad of you guys not gonna lie.
