lolcow.farm is a website where anonymous posters can upload screenshots of anyone's social media to "expose" their behavior, or just make fun of them. They have recently been targeting social media support groups for people with chronic or terminal illnesses, accusing members of "faking their illness", being "overdramatic", or "attention seeking". This is flat out cyberbullying. It is hurting people already dealing with a lot, and full of lies.
