To the Highest may this Petition be heard. 

Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte is a good responsible leader,  stand as a father  to our Country Philippines to protect us.

His order "WAR OF DRUGS" help us to be safe and nothing else to be afraid from Criminals which is use to be our biggest problem in Philippines.  

During the battle , each individuals whom involved with drugs have all the chance to surrender and do the rehab. But our Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte need help from officials on uniform to get the right thing to be done with due process. 

Unfortunately,  not everyone on uniforms are genuine and correct with their job and many of them are also involved with our society problems and have personal interest. Our Former President is only like us .. a Human being who also get worn out and can't control every officers  he assigned to push the order in a fair way. 

Our hearts are heavy to see our Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte being taken in a foreign country which we believe we also have our own Court to give justice if their is something need to be clarify with mistakes doing.
