I am starting, yet again for 2023 a  petition to show the NYS Department of Corrections Parole Board that David Sweet DIN #  96B0121 is a violent murderer who should Not be granted parole.  

 

 

 

 

 On April 4, 1993 David Sweet viciously beat, three year old Nina Lynn Fiser to death. David Sweet was the live-in boyfriend of Nina’s mother.  It was proven in court that David Sweet punched and kicked Nina so hard in the stomach that he severed her liver and pancreas. It was proven that David E Sweet DIN# 96B0121 stomped Nina to death with his boots on  leaving boot prints on her body. There is no doubt that he did this and has NO Remorse, he is a violent prison drug user and a trained lair. 

David Sweet is scheduled to go before the Parole Board in April 2023. Please take a minute to sign this petition asking the NYS Parole Board to DENY Sweets Parole and KEEP DAVID SWEET IN PRISON.
