Six years ago, from March 23rd 2021 to March 23rd 2026, the hearts of Disney enthusiasts in Broomfield CO sank as the beloved Disney Store in Flatirons Crossing Mall closed its doors for good due to the lease for the store expiring in 2021. And, believe it or not, the Store lease was not gonna expire until sometime for at least another five years until sometime in 2026 according to a youtube channel called Best Edmonton Mall. And that goes for all Disney Stores in the USA And Canada. The closure wasn't because of a lack of interest or love from the community; it was due to the unfortunate decision by greedy Bob Chapek who concluded that the Disney Store in Flatirons Crossing was no longer a necessity. Ever Since then, our cherished family destination that offered wonder and imaginative adventures that are just a dream away has remained just a nostalgic memory.

We remember the gleam in our children's eyes as they entered a world of magic, excitement, and endless possibilities. The store was more than just a retail space—it was a place where dreams came to life, where the joy of being in a Disney Store could be experienced firsthand, close to home, and shared among family and friends. For many, trips to this store marked special occasions and created lasting family memories. The loss was not just of a store, but a community hub where families gathered and celebrated their shared love for Disney.

We believe it's time to bring back that magic from when we last felt it on March 23rd 2021. We are reaching out to Richard Childs with an urgent heartfelt request to reopen the Disney Store on the Second floor where the LEGO Store is on the First Floor today that’s really occupying the space where the Disney Store used to be. Furthermore, we hope that Richard Childs will consider restoring the store to the original ‘gallery’ Concept model from the 90’s, which would fit beautifully where the LEGO Store Store is today where the Disney Store used to be on the First floor directly reviving the nostalgic ambiance that so many of us remember and cherish.

Equally important is the return of the Reusable Bags  (small, Medium, And Large Sized) exclusive to the Disney Store in Flatirons Crossing a favorite among Colorado Guests, adding a touch of Disney magic to our everyday shopping experience from local and out of state Customers. Lastly, the Disney Store was permanently replaced by a Lego Store. That’s a real insult to injury to the Disney Store because if Bob Chapek can ruin and close the Disney store with greed, then we can reopen the Disney Store with happiness and power, because We are The Undersigned! And we can also Lego to relocate within the Flatirons Crossing Mall.

Also, we the Undersigned, Ask Richard Childs to rehire the Disney Store Cast Members who worked at the Ala Moana Disney Store with their names in order from A to Z:  Veronica M,  Dan R, Samantha b., Melissa B., Damita P., and lastly, Alison O. we ask Richard Childs That he rehire those awesome People on the Disney Careers website and have Richard Childs (the Vice President of Disney Stores Worldwide) send a email to all those who are interested in working at the Disney Store in Flatiron Crossing again and then we ask Richard Childs to Take It from There and Bring our favorite magic and Characters home to Flatirons Crossing in 12 to 24 months!!

We need your support to convince the decision-makers that bringing the Disney Store in Flatiron Crossing back is not only a viable commercial decision but a necessary step in reviving and sustaining the community spirit that the store previously nurtured. Let's gather our voices and show the love, passion, and dedication of Disney fans in the Broomfield Community and in the States and surrounding areas. Let's make The Disney Store in Ala Moana center a magical destination once again.

Please Help us remind Richard Childs that all of us do want at least one more physical Disney Stores in our lives again, making it three Disney Stores in the States: one in Tulalip WA, a second in Times Square NY and now a third one in Broomfield CO soon to become a Permanent location in 2027 because that's what the company is built on, Magic And Success and love and to realize that Bob Chapek was incredibly Greedy to close down this iconic Disney store on Planet earth during and we can show Richard Childs and the entire Disney company that Disney Stores can survive the Biggest threats such as online Shopping because Disney Stores can dominant the retail scene once again for all eternity once and for all as well as in the future for future generations of Kids and Adults.
