UPDATE OCTOBER 21, 2023:
I love to travel on the narrow heritage dirt roads on P.E.I. in the fall, when the trees are a burst of colour.
Here is a song that I hope you enjoy. It is Driving 'The Red Dirt Roads' of P.E.I. on a Sunny Sunday Morning.' It is sung by the Avonlea Showband. It is filmed on location on the TORONTO ROAD, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, CANADA!

Life is like a road with pot holes, road blocks, detours, bumps, hills and stretches of smooth paved highways.
Andrew has walked 25 - 40 kilometers per day for many months in heat waves, pouring rain and cold temperatures.
Thousands of Ontario residents became aware of Andrew's situation on Facebook and reached out in love, kindness and compassion. Andrew would never have survived on the streets homeless without this support.
Andrew's direction in life changed when he hit a mental illness pot hole five years ago. His dream and destination was to become a bank manager, husband, father and home owner on P.E.I. This detour has caused him to lose everything and he became homeless in Toronto in January 2023.
I am hoping that Andrew's public story helps thousands of homeless who wander the streets each day seeking food and shelter. In addition, I hope that Andrew's plight and heartbreaking story will help to put a bright spotlight on the broken mental health system. There are so many suffering including the loved ones.
Andrew's psychiatrist, Dr. Emily Donaldson, contacted us yesterday. She advised that Andrew stays in his private room. I am surprised that he is not walking the hallways of the unit.
We are thankful that Andrew is taking his oral medications nightly and tolerating them. We feel that Andrew is taking baby steps on his long road to recovery.
Andrew is safely in the Humber River Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. This is in preparation for a medical transfer to Andrew's home, which is P.E.I. His P.E.I. psychiatrist is willing to treat him and Andrew will be hospitalized.
A road trip would not be complete without a map. The Humber River Hospital in Toronto is in contact with the P.E.I. Hospital. They will chart the course for a medical transfer in the near future.
How do we thank thousands of Ontario residents who have helped Andrew survive many months on the streets homeless? I think if I was permitted, I would paint ANDREW THANKS YOU on a street in Toronto.
In spite of the recent chaos, my song, God Will Take Care of You, continues to play in my head. Here is the link:

The PLEASE BRING ANDREW BRYENTON HOME TO P.EI. PETITION has 10799 signatures from caring and compassionate Ontario and P.E.I. residents. Here is the link: https://chng.it/TMKMZfHH2p It is fast and free.
HERE IS A VIDEO GLIMPSE OF ANDREW. HE WAS MENTALLY ILL AT THE TIME BUT NOT TO THIS DEGREE.
A lady sent this video blog of Andrew to me. I was not aware the video existed. It will give you a glimpse of Andrew, when he was relatively well. It was titled, "The Best Running Shoes."

A lady sent the following message, "It is so powerful how a loving community can move its members for an altruistic reason."
I want to thank a lady at the Superstore yesterday who gave me a beautiful bouquet of flowers to take home. I also want to thank a friend on our street for dropping off a beautiful pillow with the words, GRATEFUL, THANKFUL AND BLESSED!
Please continue to pray that Andrew receives a medical transfer!
