UPDATE: August 16 2023
BAD NEWS: The JP advised that there was another form that I needed to sign. That was done this evening via Zoom. The articling lawyer will take the Form 2 to the court house where the JP will review. If all is well, the police will be able to arrest Andrew and take him to hospital for a psychiatric assessment. We hope and pray that Andrew is admitted under a Form 1.
Then we have to determine how to keep Andrew in the hospital until a medical transfer is arranged. I met the Toronto lawyer in person on P.E.I. today.
ANDREW'S GUARDIAN ANGEL that saw him at the airport last night happened to be around and hopped in her car when she discovered Andrew was in Etobicoke.
ANDREW'S GUARDIAN ANGEL FOUND HIM AGAIN!
She followed him and notified me. An RCMP officer was in the area and came to relieve her. We waited for the JP to complete the Form 2 process. The Toronto lawyer had me sign the papers and witnessed it. He will now scan and send to his assistant in Toronto. The goal was to have Andrew in a hospital bed tonight. Now to determine how we can keep him in hospital until a medical transfer is possible.
GOOD NEWS: 1:00 p.m. Here is the report. "Andrew is in Etobicoke, was walking north at Kipling and Dundas. It’s a busy intersection and he was crossing with the light, so that’s good. He’s quite skinny and dirty but was physically moving well, even took a little hop to jump over a small concrete ledge."
The Form 2 has been issued by the JP. However, it has to be sworn. I may have a Zoom call. The issue today is that we are UNABLE TO LOCATE ANDREW.
Andrew walked 20.8K today according to the map.
ALARMING NOTE YESTERDAY:
8:00 p.m. Andrew walked along Dixon and Martin Grove. Then he was seen at City View and Dixon. It was pouring rain and he was soaking wet. He had his pants pushed up.
Then he was seen walking in traffic where there was a lack of sidewalks From there he went on the Airport Road. He ran up a ramp on the 409 Highway and was running into oncoming traffic.
He was walking against the traffic. This was witnessed by ANDREW'S GUARDIAN ANGEL who recognized him from Facebook.
I phoned 911 and they passed me to the OPP. The police were going to try and locate him on highway 409. We are hoping they take Andrew to hospital as he was definitely a danger to himself and others running in the rain in the dark.
The OPP called and they were unable to locate him. They have contacted the Toronto and Peel Police to be on the lookout for him. This is a LIVING NIGHTMARE. Andrew could have been killed by a car last night.
Andrew is now wearing a gray long sleeve shirt with New England Patriots crest on the front and beige pants.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL ANDREW BY NAME AS YOU WILL SPOOK HIM. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE POLICE UNLESS ANDREW IS IN DISTRESS. PLEASE CHECK MY MARLENE BRYENTON PROFILE PAGE FOR UPDATE NOTICES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS WITH DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION AND SEND TO MY FACEBOOK DM.

Joanna Lavoie, Social Justice Web Journalist CP24 interviewed me. It was a wonderful interview and she was very empathetic. She understands how broken the mental health system is at this time. It was on the website August 15, 2023.
I told her that Andrew deserves to restore his health, family relationships, job, and a place to live.
Marcus Gee, Globe and Mail reporter interviewed me.
I was also interviewed by Kim Zarzour, Health Reporter, Tor Star August 9, 2023. The story will be published late next week. She will send me a link.
Was also interviewed on The Rush with Reshmi Nair.
Interviewed The Alex Pierson Show 640 Toronto Radio.
Was contacted by Toronto CBC Producer, Derick Deonarain. He would like to cover Andrew's story. I am happy to work with them to raise mental health awareness.
