UPDATE: August 15, 2023
Andrew walked 41 k today according to the map.

I have a friend who is a lawyer in Toronto. He felt badly that I was not able to get a Form 2 processed yesterday. He asked me to send all the documents to his office for review.

One of the staff will deliver the Form 2 to the Court House tomorrow morning. We hope it is granted.

8:00 p.m. Andrew walked along Dixon and Martin Grove. Then he was seen at City View and Dixon. It was pouring rain and he was soaking wet. He had his pants pushed up.

Then he was seen walking in traffic where there was a lack of sidewalks From there he went on the Airport Road. He ran up a ramp on the 409 Highway and was running into oncoming traffic.

He was walking against the traffic. This was witnessed by someone who recognized him from Facebook.

I phoned 911 and they passed me to the OPP. The police were going to try and locate him on highway 409. We were hoping they would take Andrew to hospital as he was definitely a danger to himself and others running in the rain in the dark. The OPP called and they were unable to locate him. They have contacted the Toronto and Peel Police to be on the lookout for him. This is a LIVING NIGHTMARE. Andrew could have been killed by a car tonight!

Andrew is now wearing a gray long sleeve shirt with New England Patriots crest on the front and beige pants.
