PolyBuzz is designed to be addictive. Some people spend up to 14 hours a day on it, losing sleep, skipping responsibilities, and damaging their wellbeing. I have personally seen a close friend struggle with this — they can’t put it down, and it’s affecting every part of their life.

Apps should not be allowed to exploit people’s time and health like this. PolyBuzz encourages unhealthy overuse and creates dependency instead of balance.
