Dear Family Members who have incarcerated loved ones currently housed at Pleasant Valley State Prison A-Yard. CDCR Headquarters and the institutions wardens have come to an agreement to integrate G.P and S.N.Y Population to create a (N.D.P.F) Non-Designated Program Facility for incarcerated individuals to program together but that comes with a dangerous ultimatum to the A-Yard population.

1. We have been given the choice to forfeit our S.N.Y Chronos to remain on A-Yard/Prison where violence is unavoidable once the (G)general (P)population arrives - 2. Not to forfeit our S.N.Y Chronos and forcibly transfer prisons while being unassigned from all our rehabilitation programs and jobs like College courses, Highschool Diplomas, Alcohol anonymous, Criminal and Gang anonymous, Substance Abuse Programs, Mentorship jobs, and the list exceeds furthermore. The purpose to garner signatures from our loved ones is to help reinforce our plead to CDCR to rethink their agenda and to preserve our positions in the rehabilitation journey to habilitate safely and become prepared to reintegrate back to our communities and homes .
