Gang violence has dominated the prison system and the department is misleading society that they have things under control. These individuals need change, reform, restoration, and rehabilitation in order to lead successful lives when they return to society. The department is doing nothing to help in the matter and we are ready to see change. These human beings are living in poor conditions and deprived of their basic human rights.
