FRANK CROWLEY COURTS BUILDING

133 N. RIVERFRONT BOULVARD

Dear: Miss Frizell

I am writing you to share my perspective of my sister, Patricia Conlon. I have known her obviously my entire life. The person I know is very different from the way she has been portrayed in your courtroom.

Patricia is a kind, fun-loving and genuinely a good-hearted human-being. Patricia approaches both challenges and joys with strength, empathy and goodwill. Patricia is not confrontational by nature!

On the contrary, she is someone who consistently works to calm situations, ease tensions, and de-escalate conflict in order to find a solution within a situation.

Patricia carries herself with patience, compassion and always striving to do what is best for others.

Beyond your courtroom Patricia is so much more than one moment or one interaction.

Patricia participated in community service long before the day of August 27th. Patricia came up in corporate America becoming an HR Manager by being responsible, hardworking, and dedicated to her career.

Patricia is a deeply loving, protective mother, who is a daughter, a sister, and a friend to many. Patricia compassion and selflessness are defining traits of Patricia, who continually puts the needs of others before her own.

On August 27th 2025 Patricia acted out of instinct and love. Though it has been alleged she made a false 911 call, which was not the reality.

What she did was reach out for help in hopes of preventing conflict to ensure the safety of her daughter and herself! As a mother of an adult child, her protective instinct was to safeguard those she loves.

Patricia actions came from a mindset of care and responsibility, not malice. Patricia entire life’s character and integrity should not be defined by this case.

Hopefully, through letters from family and friends we’ll be able to help characterize her life’s journey of compassion, dedication to her family and Patricia unwavering positivity in the face of diversity. Patricia through my eyes has clearly made the world around her better by simply being a part of it!

Sincerely everyone’s signature that follows:
