Saints Row was released a week ago to dismal reviews. Not only is the game dated in almost every aspect... controls, graphics, physics, and level design to name a few, it is also a broken unfinished game more in line with a beta version than a finished product. Multiple companies are offering refunds for this abysmal cash grab such as Microsoft and CDKeys. Sony on the other hand is refusing refunds even though the product is broken. Sony refers customers to the refund agreement citing that once a product is downloaded it can not be refunded yet they also offer refunds for defective products. (Cyberpunk 2077) If you preorder a product and that product is automatically downloaded on release day, how are you supposed to know it's faulty with bugs and glitches unless you play it? Sign this petition to let Sony know we are not happy with Saints Row!
