Railway recruitment in "D" group jobs 2018 . this is a non technical job but in the notification they required almost 85% jobs under 10th + ITI  compulsory . this is not justic for  all the candidate because we  see last all recruitment in "D" group only base on 10th pass . why they change is time new education criteria. most of student did not have ITI diploma and they preparation for "D" group non technical job. so we need justice against this recruitment. we need change in educational qualification before the form close 13 march 2018. remove the criteria of ITI.
