Josh Palmer, a legal adult, has hit on and dated minors at Plano West. He is a 20 years old who, during the 2020-2021 school year,  got held back to be a junior. Many have been made uncomfortable by his presence due to his history of harassment. Josh has made inappropriate advances towards minors, touched them without consent repeatedly, and stalked those who rejected them. This pattern of behavior is dangerous and should not be excused. Through his removal, PISD would be fostering a better environment. Those of whom who have signed this petition would like for Josh Palmer to be removed from Plano West and be placed in a more suitable environment, away from the minors he has already encountered.
