As of June 26th, 2021, PVTA (Pioneer Valley Transit Authority launch pilot express route G73E that goes from Academy of Music in Northampton to Union Station in Springfield with the Holyoke Mall stop in between. We all need to spread the word a lot more as well as get more people take express in order to keep the express permanent.

I myself have rode this route from Academy of Music in Northampton, MA to Union Station Springfield, MA to catch Greyhound to Boston and the G73E was a smooth ride.
